This includes a comprehensive video analysis of your running form with a comprehensive Zoom call with Eric to discuss troubleshooting tips and coaching points. *BOOKING YOUR SESSION: Please book one week in advanced so you have time to submit your videos to Eric. Upon receiving your booked session, Eric will send you a confirmation email, Zoom link, and Video Submittal instructions.
